Salary Range: $16.03 – $20.03 per hour*

• Assign responsibility for tasks and decisions, set and communicate clear vision, and drive positive outcomes through objectives and measures.

• Engage in store‑wide communication regarding Asset Protection best practices, training, new hire orientation, safety and shortage meetings.
• Contribute to the development, implementation, and execution of local shortage strategy and audits as per company standards.
• Maintain physical security standards, initiating adjustments timely.
• Drive Asset Protection excellence by facilitating the selling process through consistent adherence to policies and procedures that safeguard customers, associates, and company assets.
• Detect and detain shoplifters and complete related documentation by applying the five stages of arrest.
• Identify opportunities for improving Asset Protection strategies, compiling audit data reports, and ensuring store‑wide shortage results below provision and company standard.
• Achieve targets of investigative performance by identifying and addressing internal and external theft exposures; complete accident investigations and general liability claims reports.
• Perform Asset Protection operational audits and internal self‑audits in sensitive areas, especially in high shortage departments.
• Respond to after‑hours alarm calls and emergency situations.
• Efficiently complete tasks/special projects as assigned by store leadership.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Satisfy and maintain all licensing requirements (as required by state or local jurisdiction). A valid region/market specific security license as per local government regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
• Speak to Asset Protection practices and trends during team and leadership meetings.
• Aware of retail procedures and criminal civil proceeding process (asset).
• Work knowledge of retail security and information systems, and productivity software.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
