Job Overview

Swire Coca-Cola is a family‑owned bottling company and one of the largest Coca‑Cola bottlers in North America, distributing over 50 beverage brands across 13 states.

Schedule:

5:00 am – 1:30 pm, 5 days a week (overtime, weekends, and holidays required).

Pay: $20.39–$22.66 per hour.

Seasonal role:
April 1 – September 15, with potential for full‑time transition.

• Utilize technology and applications as required throughout the day.
• Clean and organize shelves and aisles each day with customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for consumers.
• Daily restock coolers, displays, racks, and shelves with labels facing outward for distinguishing purchases.
• Rotate products to ensure product quality following a first‑in‑first‑out stocking system.
• Build displays and other promotional items throughout the assigned store by moving, stacking, and building items according to instruction and schedule made by the supervisor and store management.
• Maintain and organize back‑rooms/back‑stock areas in a safely accessible manner. Prepare for return of any credited product unfit for sale within assigned stores daily.
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements.
• Ability to use a reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes and maintain business‑use vehicle insurance; drivers are not responsible for transporting our products.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the business needs.

• Local routes – allows you to stay close to home and represent an international brand in your community.
