Position: ASST STORE MGR - 21 and older only - in BINGEN, WA S23518
Location: Bingen

Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers, and operate cash register and scanner;
Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week;
Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees, providing training for employees, conducting safety meetings, and ensuring policy compliance;
Follow work processes to manage merchandise, including receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise and building displays;
Assist in maintaining inventory levels and financial controls including cash handling and deposits;
Assist in implementation and maintenance of planograms and ensure merchandise presentation as directed;
Assist in ensuring financial integrity of the store through cashier accountability and deposits; assist with store management in the Store Managers absence.
