Job Overview
We are seeking a Retail Associate to support front‑of‑the‑house and back‑of‑the‑house operations at Tory Burch, contributing to a high‑energy, customer‑focused retail environment.
Key Responsibilities- Act as greeter, runner, cashier, and phone operator.
- Execute operational policies and procedures.
- Pack and unpack shipments and organize the stock room to maintain product flow.
- Support overall smooth running of the store.
- 1–2 years of experience in a high‑volume, customer‑driven retail environment.
- Stock‑related experience is a plus.
- Open availability for a flexible schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Physical capability to lift at least 40lbs and perform tasks such as carrying, pushing, pulling, squatting, kneeling, twisting, turning, climbing ladders, crawling, reaching, bending, and standing for extended periods.
USD
16.00–19.00 per hour, based on experience and location.
