Gift Shop Attendant

Do you enjoy helping people, staying busy, and working in a fun, fast-paced environment? Join our Gift Shop team and help create a great experience for every guest who visits The Point Casino & Hotel.

• Welcome guests with friendly, outstanding customer service
• Assist guests in finding merchandise and answering questions
• Process purchases using our point-of-sale system
• Stock shelves and keep displays organized and attractive
• Receive and organize inventory
• Help promote casino events, promotions, and Players Club information
• Keep the gift shop clean, organized, and fully stocked

• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Comfortable working with guests in a fast-paced environment
• Retail or cash handling experience is a plus
• Basic computer skills
• Team player with strong communication skills

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be able to obtain the required gaming licenses
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
