Job Summary
Inpersonmarketing with prospective and/or current owners within our resorts. Schedules guests to meet with a representative for a presentation.
EssentialJob Responsibilities
Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure
Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in
Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour
Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines
Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits
- Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals (80% time)
- Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings, keep current on marketing information and materials, keep current on industry trends, and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly and annually (20%)
No travel required outside of the home site’s area
Minimum Requirements and QualificationsSales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required. Must maintain production standards.
1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
EducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Training RequirementsNone
Knowledge and SkillsClear and concise written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
Technical SkillsProficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills and smart devices.

Compensation for this position is $17.13 per hour (during the initial training period this rate is $19.13 per hour), plus incentive earnings reasonably ranging from $11,500 to $76,500 annually, depending upon individual performance and site targets. Performance above or below reasonable expectations could result in incentive earnings outside of this range.
