** Summary/Objective
** The Inside Sales Representative  is responsible for the direct communication of sales strategies, designed to demonstrate the features and benefits of services and products, to new and existing customers.
** Essential Functions

* Serve as the primary point of contact to determine customer requirements and fulfillment plan.
* Communicate with Tech Sales & Sourcing, Account Coordinator, and Sales Support department to generate accurate quotes, establish terms and conditions, and ensure contractual obligations are met.
* Develop opportunities to increase sales revenue to meet forecast targets via shipments, bookings, gross profit, and new business
* Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager on account and territory planning, and price negotiation.
* Handle prospect activity such as proactive calls, web lead follow-up, and quote disposition analysis.
* Enter all sales related activity into CRM (E21).
* Build knowledge of new products, services, and sales related items on continual basis.
