Territory Manager ( Agricultural Equipment Sales

Position

Territory Manager, Large Agricultural Equipment Sales – Pape’ Machinery, Agriculture & Turf Division, Colfax, WA.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with growers, producers, and agri‑business leaders.
• Deliver large agricultural equipment solutions and provide post‑sale support.
• Develop new business, support existing clients, and expand market share within the territory.
• Travel in the company‑provided sales vehicle to meet customers face‑to‑face and represent Pape’ Machinery as a market leader.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless support from purchase through service.
• Stay informed on market trends and customer needs to position Pape’ Machinery as the go‑to provider.

• Previous sales experience.
• Knowledge of agricultural equipment; precision agriculture technology preferred.
• Financing background preferred.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Experience operating heavy‑equipment and using a heavy‑duty pickup/trailer combination preferred.
