Chelan Bay Marina is looking for a hard‑working sales associate to join our team at Chelan Bay Marina!

Chelan Bay Marina (CBM) is Seattle Boat's newest operation serving customers with daily rentals, weekly or daily moorage, and boat sales!

$17.13 per hour plus commission opportunity

40 hours per week

Must be 18 years of age or older

Chelan Bay Marina

• Opportunity to work outside and on the water, all summer!
• Access to our dedicated sales team for support at Seattle Boat Company
• Real-life sales experience if starting out, or the ability to try out sales for the summer!

• Some boat detailing – interior and exterior wash/wipe downs as needed
• Performing demos for potential customers
• Delivery of boats to new owners
• Supporting daily operations of the Chelan Bay Marina
• Work with our on-site Chelan Bay crew and customers

• Clean driving record and a valid driver's license
• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide sincere and exceptional customer service
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Strong work ethic and self-motivated spirit
• Strongly recommended: boating experience – a general love for being on and around the water
• Obtained Washington boating license, or willingness to get one
• Prior sales experience encouraged
