National Sales Support and Account Manager

Astound is seeking a National Sales Support and Account Manager to drive growth across our broadband, video, and voice services. In this role you will manage a portfolio of national residential and business accounts, providing high-level sales support and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You'll develop account plans, prepare proposals, and collaborate with marketing, operations, and technical teams to deliver reliable, innovative telecom solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of national residential and business accounts
• Provide sales support to regional teams, including proposals, quotes, and presentations
• Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue and retention targets
• Serve as primary point of contact for key customers, resolving issues quickly
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and service teams to deliver solutions
• Analyze sales data and pipeline to forecast performance and identify opportunities
• Educate clients on Astound's broadband, video, and voice solutions
• Coordinate renewals, upsells, and cross-sells across multiple markets
• Maintain accurate records and activities in CRM systems
• Contribute feedback to improve customer experience and internal processes
