Morning Baker

About the Position

Before the island wakes, there’s a light on in our kitchen. Ovens warming. Coffee brewing. Flour in the air and something golden on the way. We’re looking for a morning baker –the perfect person to add to our team! Someone who doesn’t mind the early hour, who finds a rhythm in the work, and takes pride in doing it well. This is an amazing opportunity for the right person who wants to get solid insight and/or an internship into production baking.

• Work independently and focus on details.
• Handle heavy doughs and be able to carry a 50‑lb bag of flour.
• Follow recipes and create efficient workflow.
• Collaborate with coworkers while remaining self‑motivated.
• Clean up as you go and keep the workspace tidy.

• Ability to work early morning shifts starting at 4:30 am.
• Strong rhythm, tolerance for repetition, and passion for baking.
• Self‑motivation and ability to move through tasks seamlessly.

Full‑time seasonal or year‑round. Pay based on experience. Willing to train if needed.

The job is on an island only reachable by boat or plane. You cannot commute for this position.

Fully furnished private‑entrance studio apartment for one person can be provided if needed.
