• Respond to a variety of calls/incidents, secure and safeguard specific scenes, perform crowd control as required.
• Operate patrol vehicle in a safe manner, may be required to conduct flag protocols, safeguard all assets, provide motorist assistance and escort persons and equipment as needed.
• Perform personnel, vehicular, and building facility checks.
• First Aid and CPR as required and all Aognak training.
• Complete all required reports, forms, and other established procedures via electronic security applications.
• Maintain uniform and grooming standards in accordance with company policies.
• Conduct other assignments in accordance with established SOP’s.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to multi‑task.
• Familiar with various security systems such as CCTV, access control, emergency notification systems, and mobile security applications.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Successfully pass a criminal history background investigation.
• Must speak English fluently; read and comprehend written English.
• Must demonstrate excellent skill using G‑Suite applications.
• Capable of learning new computer programs and applications.
• Must complete approximately 40 hours of company‑provided training. (Classes can be scheduled 7 days a week). Portions will be online and then practical demonstration.
• Successfully complete a pre‑employment physical exam and drug screen.
• Successfully complete a pre‑employment Physical Readiness Test.
• Pass all company‑provided training; including expandable baton, defensive tactics, CPR, First Aid and incident report writing.
• Pass background check.
• Pass the Afognak Diversified Services Inc Driver's Safety Course.
• Have a clean driving record.
• Current operator's permit (driver's license).
• Self‑motivated and able to work with little supervision.
• Stand post for up to 4 hours without a break.
• Good time‑keeping skills.
• Maintain and complete all Afognak Diversified Services Inc training, practical or computer based.
