- Respond to a variety of calls/incidents, secure and safeguard specific scenes, perform crowd control as required.
- Operate patrol vehicle in a safe manner, may be required to conduct flag protocols, safeguard all assets, provide motorist assistance and escort persons and equipment as needed.
- Perform personnel, vehicular, and building facility checks.
- First Aid and CPR as required and all Aognak training.
- Complete all required reports, forms, and other established procedures via electronic security applications.
- Maintain uniform and grooming standards in accordance with company policies.
- Conduct other assignments in accordance with established SOP’s.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to multi‑task.
- Familiar with various security systems such as CCTV, access control, emergency notification systems, and mobile security applications.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Successfully pass a criminal history background investigation.
- Must speak English fluently; read and comprehend written English.
- Must demonstrate excellent skill using G‑Suite applications.
- Capable of learning new computer programs and applications.
- Must complete approximately 40 hours of company‑provided training. (Classes can be scheduled 7 days a week). Portions will be online and then practical demonstration.
- Successfully complete a pre‑employment physical exam and drug screen.
- Successfully complete a pre‑employment Physical Readiness Test.
- Pass all company‑provided training; including expandable baton, defensive tactics, CPR, First Aid and incident report writing.
- Pass background check.
- Pass the Afognak Diversified Services Inc Driver's Safety Course.
- Have a clean driving record.
- Current operator's permit (driver's license).
- Self‑motivated and able to work with little supervision.
- Stand post for up to 4 hours without a break.
- Good time‑keeping skills.
- Maintain and complete all Afognak Diversified Services Inc training, practical or computer based.
