Job Schedule- Sat: 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM
- Sun: 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM
- Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out site‑specific procedures and front desk responsibilities at a residential location.
- Monitor access to the property, verify visitor information, issue passes or directions as needed, and help deter unauthorized entry through attentive front desk presence.
- Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate details to property management and/or emergency personnel when appropriate.
- Answer phones, greet incoming visitors, receive deliveries, and maintain accurate front desk logs, reports, and other security‑related documentation.
- Observe lobby and entry activity, report unusual conditions or maintenance concerns, and support emergency response activities according to site‑specific protocols.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
