The U.S. Border Patrol is seeking entry-level Border Patrol Agents (BPA) at GL-5/7 with sign-on and retention incentives. This federal law enforcement career offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and a defined ladder through GL-5, GL-7, GS-11, and beyond.
Duty locations include a wide array of border sectors with relocation possible. New hires may receive recruitment incentives up to $20,000 and retention incentives up to $40,000 distributed over the first four years.
