Description
Electrician/Programmer is responsible for supporting the Mill Manager and Supervisors in their daily job routines, communicating and keeping them informed of all problems and progress toward problem solving. The role supports and promotes company policies and procedures, develops and implements preventive maintenance routines to maintain target production levels, maintains critical spare parts inventories, and engages in a maintenance team.

- Ability to learn troubleshooting skills, basic hydraulics and pneumatics
- Install new or replace electrical equipment
- Must be able to work overtime and weekends
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Must be 18 years of age
- Ability to work individually as well as in a team environment
- Electrical experience required
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read specifications, drawings, and project information to conceptualize work
- Able to use common hand tools and power tools
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency with a computer and PLC's strongly preferred
- Must be able to work up to 12 hours per shift
- Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds as needed
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and adhere to a no drug policy
$28.05 - $31.00
