Perth Flooring Solutions is seeking a skilled, motivated, and reliable experienced Floor Sander & Finisher to join Perth’s highest-rated flooring team. Our mission is to exceed client expectations by delivering the highest standard of craftsmanship on every project.

• Prepare timber floor surfaces through professional sanding and finishing
• Deliver exceptional on-site customer service
• Ensure all completed work meets company quality standards and client expectations
• Work collaboratively and professionally with our team to meet project deadlines
• Conduct final inspections and complete touch-ups or rectification work as required

• Proven experience in timber floor sanding and finishing
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Staining and lime washing is a bonus
• Experiences in coatings, sealers, and finishing products in accordance with manufacturer specifications
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling and on-site work
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Valid manual driver’s licence
