The Opportunity

You will play a vital role in a boutique design‑build firm that prioritizes a unique, high‑quality remodeling experience. This position offers you the chance to sharpen your craft on highly customized residential projects while working in a supportive, team‑oriented environment. You will be instrumental in transforming our clients' visions into reality through meticulous attention to detail and elite craftsmanship.

How You Will Make an Impact

Execute precision carpentry tasks including general framing, structural changes, and cabinet installations.

Deliver high‑quality interior finishes, including trim, molding, casing, and door/window installations.

Maintain an obsessive level of site organization and cleanliness to ensure a safe and professional workspace.

Implement rigorous dust and floor protection protocols at the start of every project to safeguard the client's home.

Perform efficient project demolition and debris disposal while adhering to all safety standards.

Collaborate closely with the Lead Carpenter to ensure daily production meets our strict quality and efficiency goals.

Communicate effectively with team members and clients to provide a transparent and respectful project experience.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in residential construction and carpentry.

Demonstrated skill in framing, siding, cabinetry, and finish carpentry work.

Possession of professional‑grade tools and the commitment to keeping them in excellent working order.

Physical capability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform strenuous tasks including climbing, crawling, and squatting.

Reliable construction‑appropriate transportation with proof of valid insurance.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain professional and concise in all verbal and written communication.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

Ability to interpret basic CAD construction documents, such as floor plans and elevations.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office products including Teams, Word, and Excel.

Experience in basic flooring installation and general handyman maintenance.

Willingness to adopt and learn new project planning software and modern construction technologies.
