Join a dynamic team and work in modern production spaces equipped with state-of-the-art technology and amenities. The role involves setting up molds, assembling rebar cages, pouring and finishing concrete, and ensuring a safe working environment. You will operate a variety of hand and power tools, mobile equipment, and cranes, working around suspended loads and high-tension strands. Responsibilities also include accessing scaffolds and other elevated work platforms while undertaking general labor duties and special projects as required.

Responsibilities:

• Set up molds and assemble rebar cages.
• Pour and finish concrete while maintaining safety standards.
• Operate hand and power tools, mobile equipment, and cranes.
• Work around suspended loads and high-tension strands.
• Access scaffolds and elevated work platforms.
• Perform general labor duties and participate in special projects.

Essential

Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in General Labor or Construction.
• Proficiency in using hand tools.
• Knowledge of concrete work.

Additional Skills &

Qualifications:

• Carpentry skills are beneficial.
• Experience with concrete is a plus.

Work Environment:

The position is based in an indoor production environment, requiring assistance with shoveling concrete. The role follows a first shift schedule, Monday to Friday from 4am to 2:30pm. While no certifications are required, wearing steel-toed boots is mandatory.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $23.19 - $25.05/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
