Avenue5 Residential - - Responsibilities:
Perform repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance as directed;
Perform general carpentry tasks such as wallboard repair, counter top/cabinet replacement, finish carpentry, window/glass repair, door/lock repair, and ceramic tile repair;
Maintain a proactive preventative maintenance program including siding, painting, lighting, sprinkler, pool, and elevator maintenance;
Maintain work order system and ensure timely completion to company standards and resident satisfaction;
Respond to property emergencies and assist with after-hours/on-call maintenance while observing safety protocols
