Job :

• Resolve work related conflicts between workers and employer member.
• Provide oversight and assistance for Housing Manager within the assigned region.

• Trabajar para resolver conflictos laborales entre trabajadores y miembro del empleador.
• Brindar supervisión y asistencia al Gerente de Vivienda dentro de la región asignada.

• Willing to commit to the entire contract period
• Excellent Verbal and written communication skills in Spanish, Basic in English
• 6 months experience working with Agricultural employers and laborers
• Valid Washington Driver's License
• Knowledge of Agricultural Industry, Immigration or Federal H-2A program
• Lifting requirement 50 lbs

• Dispuesto a comprometerse con todo el período del contrato

The employer will furnish, without charge, all tools, supplies and personal protective equipment required in the performance of the specified work.
