Location: Joint Base Lewis McChord
Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Service Technician II (Maintenance Technician II) to perform general and specialized maintenance in a multi-family community at Joint Base Lewis-McChord. You will operate building systems, communicate clearly with residents, and deliver high-quality upkeep for LMH standards.
The role requires 2+ years' related experience, proficiency in multiple trades such as electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC and painting, plus HVAC/EPA certifications preferred.
