General Laborer
This role supports a modern production facility by setting up molds, assembling rebar cages, pouring and finishing concrete, and performing a wide range of general labor tasks. You operate hand and power tools, mobile equipment, and cranes while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. You work both at ground level and on elevated platforms, assisting with concrete production and special projects as needed.
Responsibilities- Set up molds and forms in preparation for concrete pours in a production environment.
- Assemble rebar cages and other reinforcement components according to specifications.
- Pour, spread, and finish concrete to meet quality and production standards.
- Operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices safely and accurately.
- Operate mobile equipment and cranes as directed, following all safety procedures.
- Work around suspended loads and high-tension strand with strict adherence to safety protocols.
Skills & Qualifications
- Concrete experience, including pouring and finishing, is a plus.
- Experience in carpentry, construction, or general production work is beneficial.
- Experience in roles such as batch plant support, rigging, or related trades is helpful.
- Familiarity with welders, mechanics, or other skilled trades environments is an advantage.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively as part of a production team.
- Willingness to learn new skills and participate in structured career and pay progression programs.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newman Lake, WA.
The pay range for this position is $23.19 - $25.05/hr.
