Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose vehicle concerns quickly and accurately using Ford diagnostic tools and procedures
- Perform high-quality repairs on engines, drivability, electrical, steering, suspension, and brake systems
- Complete warranty, customer-pay, and internal repair orders efficiently to maximize flat-rate hours
- Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend necessary repairs and maintenance
- Follow Ford manufacturer specifications and dealership repair standards on every job
- Accurately document diagnostics, labor, and parts used on repair orders
- Communicate effectively with service advisors to ensure smooth workflow and timely repairs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation in compliance with safety guidelines
Salary Range: $30.00 - $55.00+ an hour flat rate depending on certifications. Ford Senior Master Certification is eligible for retention bonus.
