Installation Crew

Warm Beach Christian Camps seeks seasonal Installation Crew members to help create The Lights of Christmas experience. Responsibilities include setting up and taking down light displays, decorations, and event infrastructure across the grounds; safely operating basic hand and power tools; following layout plans; and assisting with site cleanup. Work is physical, outdoors, and team-based. Ideal candidates are dependable, safety-conscious, able to lift and carry equipment, and support a Christ-centered, guest-focused environment that serves families and ministry programs.

Responsibilities

• Install and remove light displays, decorations, and event elements across the grounds
• Safely use basic hand and power tools for installation tasks
• Follow layout plans and instructions to place displays accurately
• Assist with setup of temporary structures, cords, and signage
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Perform outdoor physical labor in varied weather conditions
• Report maintenance or safety issues promptly to supervisors
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule
