Torrey Holistics is seeking an industrial welder–mechanic for full-time railcar repair operations. You will stage materials, operate shop equipment, and perform basic cutting, welding, and supervised welding as you progress toward 1G/2G certifications.
Ideal candidates have about 3 years of hands-on mechanical experience, familiarity with hand tools, and exposure to MIG welding or willingness to learn. Brake repair experience is a plus, with a structured growth path within a rail shop
