Forklift Operator Helper / Ground Rigger Position
Location:
Clark County, WA. Pay: $20+/hour.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM.

What You’ll Do- Assist forklift operators with moving and positioning dunnage and materials.
- Act as a ground rigger to safely hook up chains, clutches, and rigging equipment.
- Assist with moving concrete products using spreader bars and lifting equipment.
- Ensure loads are properly secured and rigged before movement.
- Communicate clearly with forklift operators and other team members during lifting and moving operations.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
- Clean and maintain equipment and work areas.
- Follow all required safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Musts:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attendance
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to take direction and communicate effectively with equipment operators
- Comfortable working in an outdoor/industrial production environment
- Previous precasting or concrete production experience
- Experience as a rigger, ground rigger, forklift helper, or material handler
- Familiarity with chains, clutches, spreader bars, and rigging equipment
- Experience working around forklifts, cranes, or other heavy equipment
