Role Description

This is a full-time position. As a Journeyman Commercial Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks on commercial HVAC systems to ensure proper functionality. Your responsibilities will also include diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, conducting field service visits, interacting professionally with customers, and ensuring timely and effective resolution of client needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Maintenance & Repair tasks as they relate to HVAC systems
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with commercial equipment
• Experience in Field Service, with a focus on performing tasks on-site effectively and efficiently
• Excellent Customer Service skills, including clear communication and a customer-first approach
• Familiarity with maintenance procedures and safety protocols
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Possession of relevant certifications or licensing (such as EPA Certification or completion of a recognized apprenticeship program) is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education is a plus
