We’re now looking for a supportive, outgoing Employment Coach to join our IEA team and help change lives through meaningful work.

• Get to know participants' strengths and goals, then match them with the right job opportunities.
• Create personalised career plans and coach participants to build skills and confidence.
• Link participants with training, health, and community supports for long‑term success.
• Build strong local networks to open more doors for jobseekers.

• Great communication as someone who can build trust and lasting relationships.
• Organised multitasking skills as someone who can keep on top of plans, records, and deadlines.
• Great skills as a team player who works well with employers, colleagues, and community partners.
• Experience in a customer service, recruitment or employment consultancy setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate (company will provide guidance).
