Wages:
The starting range is $25.96 – $29.22 per hour as a non-exempt employee.
The salary range is $25.96 - $33.87 per hour. Wage is based on knowledge, skills,and experience.

Position SummaryThe Coordinated Entry & FCS Lead is a dual-role position within Okanogan County Community Action Council (OCCAC). This position carries responsibility for two complementary, mission-critical program areas:
- Providing Foundational Community Supports (FCS) case management services to Medicaid-enrolled clients, supporting them in accessing Supported Employment(SE) and Supported Housing (SH) services through the Washington State Health Care Authority; and
- Serving as OCCAC's lead for Coordinated Entry (CE) under the Washington State Consolidated Homeless Grant (CHG), receiving and processing referrals from partner agencies across Okanogan County to connect people experiencing homelessness with housing resources and stabilization supports.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative, growth-oriented human services professional who is energized by both direct client engagement and systems-level partnership. They will actively work to expand the reach and impact of the FCS program while strengthening the county's coordinated homeless response through meaningful
