Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Engineer with expertise in ReactJS, NextJS, and NodeJS to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a self-driven individual with a strong technical background and a passion for delivering high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Web Application Development:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure web applications using React

JS, NextJS, and NodeJS.

Performance Optimization:
Drive discussions and implement solutions to improve application speed and efficiency, both on the front-end and back-end.

Dev Ops & CI/CD:
Collaborate with the Dev Ops team to enhance and streamline continuous integration and deployment workflows.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver high-quality products. Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing.

Problem Solving & Innovation:
Identify technical issues, propose solutions, and stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Self-Motivation & Ownership:
Take initiative, work independently, and drive projects to completion with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

Proven experience with ReactJS, NextJS, and NodeJS

Strong understanding of web application architecture and performance optimization

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment

Strong communication skills and proactive attitude

Must be able to attend in-person interviews and work 100% onsite in Bothell, WA
