JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES

You must be 18 years or older, have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards, and have access to an insured vehicle for delivery. You should possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the assigned delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings.

General job duties for all store team members:

• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Communication Skills

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

Essential Functions/Skills

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use a calculator).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Physical Demands & Environmental Conditions

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions. In‑store temperatures range from 36°F to 90°F and above. Sudden changes in temperature, fumes from food odors, exposure to cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces up to 500°F, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

SeSensing:
Talking and hearing on telephone, near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks, depth perception, ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

Temperaments:
Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.

Physical Demands

• Standing:
  Most tasks performed standing.
• Walking:
  Short distances for short durations.
• Sitting:
  Paperwork normally completed at a desk or table.
• Loading/unloading:
  Bulk deliveries up to 50 pounds, with large cartons measured up to 3' x 1.5'.
• Carrying:
  Items from 3 pounds to 30 pounds, trays of pizza dough up to 12 pounds.
• Pushing:
  Trays on dollies, require force up to 7.5 pounds.
• Climbing:
  Navigate stairs or ladders as needed.
• Stoop/Bending:
  Forward bending at waist during assembly.
• Crouching/ Squatting:
  Occasionally to stock shelves.
• Reaching:
  Continuous up, down, forward; up to 72" or more.
• Hand tasks:
  Eye‑hand coordination essential, frequent use of forearms and wrists.

Additional for driver or store management positions:

• Carrying:
  Carry pizzas, sides, and beverages during delivery.
• Driving:
  Deliver pizzas within the assigned delivery area, multiple deliveries per shift.
• Walking:
  Travel between store and vehicle and to customers.
• Climbing:
  Navigate flights of stairs during delivery.
• Exposure:
  Adverse weather during driving and delivery.
• Sensing:
  Far vision and night vision for driving.
