We offer a $10,000 sign‑on bonus. Drivers earn on average $103,000 per year and can earn up to an additional $2,000 per year in safety bonuses.
Job DescriptionOur Moxee, WA distribution center is looking for Professional Truck Drivers to support our retailers with direct‑to‑store deliveries. Backed by a traffic and safety team, drivers receive continuous support to ensure safety and efficiency. This regional position typically runs Sunday through Friday with 1‑2 nights at home.
Responsibilities- Deliver products to retailers efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean truck and drive without accident.
- Adhere to the company’s safety program and respond to safety events.
- Use company‑provided tools and equipment on the road.
- Participate in training and safety meetings.
- Valid CDL with hazardous materials endorsement (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
- Minimum 1 year of Class A tractor/trailer on‑road driving experience preferred.
- Applicants with less than 1 year of experience may be considered for an accelerated training program.
- No suspensions, revocations, or convictions for reckless driving in the past 3 years.
- Weekly pay with additional compensation for store deliveries, sleeper berths, backhauls, and training.
