Job Overview

A CDL A Delivery Driver position with a major food service company. Drivers start at $35.50 per hour (annual increases). Top performers can earn over $100,000 annually.

• Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled delivery times.
• Unload products from the trailer using a two‑wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand and place them in designated customer storage areas.
• Verify the accuracy of each delivery with customers and obtain proper signatures.
• Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable.
• Provide professional customer service to enhance the client experience.
• Perform all pre‑trip and post‑trip equipment inspections.

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 20 to 80+ pounds of product repeatedly during each shift.
• Comfortable driving and working in inclement weather with frequent stops (10+ per shift).

• Register with the FMCSA Clearinghouse.
• Minimum age 21.
• Valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
• Six months of commercial driving experience in any industry or three months in the food and/or beverage delivery industry.
• Manual transmission operation preferred and may be required in specific locations.
• English language proficiency for reading, speaking, and writing official reports.

Monday through Friday. Dispatch between 3 AM and 5 AM. Average of 50 hours per week. Occasionally cover Saturdays on a rotating schedule.

Base rate between $34.50/hr and $50.00/hr, with overtime, retention bonus, and weekly pay.

Registering to the FMCSA Clearinghouse is a Department of Transportation requirement. All drivers must create and maintain an account in the database to track drug and alcohol program violations.
