Truck Driver – Over The Road
Position located in Davenport, WA. Family‑owned company based in Spokane, specializing in dry van and reefer.
Schedule & Home Time- 7 days on / 7 days off
- 7 days on / 3 days off
- Optional longer out‑of‑office periods for additional earnings
Starting pay: $0.60 CPM (dry van); $0.62 CPM (reefer).
Performance bonus (paid quarterly):
- 10,000 miles = +1 CPM
- 11,000 miles = +2 CPM
- 12,000 miles = +5 CPM
- 13,000 miles = +8 CPM
- 14,000+ miles = +10 CPM (up to $0.72 CPM)
Additional bonuses:
Clean DOT inspection ($100 per inspection);
Passenger program; 100% flexible home time; 2023–2024 Volvo no‑touch freight 2,500–3,000+ miles weekly; paid extra stops & layovers; 24/7 dedicated dispatch; paid safety meetings.
- 2+ years CDL experience
- Must be 21 or older
- Clean MVR & PSP
