Renu Auto is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor in Washington, Utah. This customer-facing role is focused on delivering a white-glove service experience, building customer trust, presenting repair recommendations, and helping drive shop performance. The position offers $800 per week in base pay plus gross profit commission, with expected annual earnings of $50,000–$60,000.

• Deliver a white-glove customer service experience and build trust and confidence with customers.
• Listen to customer concerns and communicate vehicle needs accurately.
• Write and complete repair estimates.
• Present and sell recommended automotive repairs and maintenance.
• Order parts needed for customer repairs.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Help drive sales and overall shop performance through strong customer communication and service.

• 2+ years of automotive customer service experience.
• Strong customer service skills and a proven track record.
• Strong sales ability with a customer-focused approach.
• Experience completing automotive repair estimates.
• Experience ordering automotive parts.
• Excellent computer and phone skills.
• Professional communication skills and the ability to create a warm, welcoming customer experience.

• Base Pay: $800 per week.
• Commission: Additional compensation based on gross profit.
• Expected Earnings: $50,000–$60,000 annually. Actual earnings may vary based on the commission component and are not guaranteed.
• PTO: 1 week accrued.
• Training: Ongoing training.

Renu Auto operates a five-bay, five-lift facility with air conditioning and heat. The shop uses Shop Boss for shop management and operates Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. The team also supports ongoing training and development.
