Job overview

Hughes General Contractors is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead and work within our concrete crews. As a Concrete Foreman, you'll oversee crew members on various projects, ensuring quality of work, and timing completion.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a crew of 10+ members
• Ensure compliance with current ADA standards and regulations
• Read and understand project plan blueprints and elevations
• Work independently with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Prioritize and multi-task to meet company goals and deadlines
• Interact and motivate crew members to achieve project objectives

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience working with concrete
• 3+ years of experience working with architectural walls/ Tilt panels
• 2+ years of experience working with footings and foundations
• Strong understanding of construction practices specializing in concrete
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to speak English and Spanish (bi-lingual) is a plus
