We are looking for a passionate and caring Pre-K Teacher who genuinely enjoys working with children and wants to make a positive impact during this important stage of their development.

As a Pre-K Teacher, you will help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment where children feel supported, confident, and excited to learn. You will play an important role in helping children develop the social, emotional, cognitive, language, and early academic skills they need as they prepare for kindergarten and beyond.

We are looking for someone who is:
  • Passionate about working with children and helping them learn, grow, and reach their full potential.
  • Caring, patient, and understanding, with the ability to respond to children's individual needs and personalities.
  • Experienced in childcare or early childhood education, preferably with experience working with preschool or Pre-K-aged children.
  • Reliable and responsible, with a strong commitment to providing consistent care and support.
  • Motivated and driven to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
  • Creative and energetic, with the ability to plan and lead age-appropriate activities that encourage learning through play and exploration.
  • A positive role model who demonstrates kindness, respect, patience, and professionalism.
  • A strong communicator who can build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow teachers.
  • A team player who is willing to support their classroom and work collaboratively with the center team.
What You'll Do
  • Provide attentive, nurturing, and consistent care to Pre-K children.
  • Plan and facilitate fun, age-appropriate learning activities.
  • Support children's social and emotional development and help them build confidence and independence.
  • Encourage positive behavior through appropriate guidance and redirection.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming classroom.
  • Observe children's development and communicate important updates with families and the teaching team.
  • Follow classroom routines, curriculum, and center policies.
  • Work closely with other teachers and leadership to provide a high-quality experience for every child.

If you are someone who loves working with children, enjoys helping them discover new things, and wants to be part of their early learning journey, we would love to hear from you!
