ABOUT THE JOB:
To produce a wide variety of pre cast products daily to established standards and quality specifications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Setting up steel forms including cutting and tying rebar/steel mesh caging and pouring concrete into molds.
- Read blue prints and CAD drawings.
- Rework and patch product.
- Operating heavy duty industrial equipment including forklifts.
- Be a team player and willing to help out as needed and requested.
- Regular, reliable and predictable attendance is necessary in order to perform the essential functions of this position.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
- Must understand basic math skills, read and apply tape measure, use of various power tools.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Past experience working with hand tools, saws, air tools, grinders is preferred, not required.
- Experience working with concrete would be preferred, not required.
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
