Experienced Landscaping Crew Member

We are seeking an experienced Landscaping Crew Member who is interested in moving up to a foreman in the near future and eventually to a Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various landscaping tasks, including planting, sprinkler install, excavator and skid steer operation, sod install, maintenance and is prepared to help lead crews.

• Execute high-quality landscaping projects from start to finish.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist in planning and implementing landscaping designs.
• Train and lead crew members, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with project manager and team members.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in professional landscaping.
• Demonstrated experience with landscaping tools and techniques.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate others.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Legal right to work
• Ability to read and write English, Spanish speaking is a plus.
