** Allegion is expanding our team, and we’re looking for a dynamic
** Regional Sales Manager
** to represent our
** AD Systems
** and
** Unicel Architectural
** product lines across the
** Mountain States and Northwest.
** Ideal candidate will live near a large Metro airport in the territory to easily travel within the market. If you’re passionate about building relationships, driving specifications, and championing innovative architectural solutions, this is a fantastic opportunity to lead growth in a key territory.

* What You Will Do:

*** Partner with architects to drive specifications and deliver product education, including AIA presentations
* Build relationships with glaziers and support them throughout the project cycle
* Engage with end-users to increase product visibility and influence project decisions
* Attend industry events, trade shows, and professional gatherings
* Utilize CRM tools including Microsoft Dynamics to manage your territory and pipeline  
** What You Need to Succeed:
*** Minimum 3+ years of sales experience required, experience calling on architects preferred
* Knowledge of glass and aluminum systems preferred
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Ability to travel up to 40%
* Self-motivated, relationship-driven, and comfortable working independently
* Experience calling on K-12 customers is a plus
