What You’ll DoTravel to multiple customer homes each day to troubleshoot and repair major appliances—refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves—with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every visit.

Recommend value-added solutions that help customers keep their homes clean, comfortable, and protected.

Maintain and organize your truck and manage parts usage for speed and accuracy.

Pitch in with other duties as assigned to support the team.

What You Bring High school diploma or GED.EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification.

Hands-on mechanical aptitude and proficiency with diagnostic and repair tools.

Appliance troubleshooting and repair experience preferred.

Ability to follow standardized procedures for consistent, high-quality workmanship.

Comfort using a smartphone for parts ordering and job documentation.

Valid state driver’s license and ability to operate an automatic transmission vehicle.

Willingness to travel up to 100% with variable hours and required overtime as needed.

Ability to read and apply technical documentation to solve problems and complete tasks.

Strong verbal and written communication; ability to read, write, and speak English.

Physical capability to constantly lift/carry/push/pull up to 20 lbs; frequently up to 50 lbs; occasionally up to 100 lbs; frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, twisting, turning, stooping, climbing, and crawling; constant reaching outward and fine manipulation; occasional reaching above shoulder; standing, walking, sitting, and keyboarding as needed.
