Overview
Monarch Power Supply is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for receiving, stocking, pulling, and shipping parts while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, forklift certified, and able to work effectively across multiple departments.
WagesStarting wage will depend on experience and education. $20-$22 hourly.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.50 per hour
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
Hours: 7am - 4pm
Key Responsibilities- Process and prepare outgoing engine and parts shipments, including select international shipments.
- Pull and deliver parts for service, internal departments, walk-in customers, and outgoing orders.
- Receive, inspect, process, and stock incoming shipments according to established procedures.
- Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts.
- Monitor shipping supply inventory and coordinate restocking needs with the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Break down cardboard and transport recyclable materials to designated areas.
- Follow all warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of parts warehouse experience; engine or related industry experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and data entry.
- Ability to process shipping and parts transactions within a business system.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities.
- Ability to read, interpret, and process shipping documents.
- Knowledge of material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and stand-up lifts.
- Ability to understand and work with vendor part numbering systems.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Data entry experience required.
- Valid forklift certification required.
- Experience operating both stand-up and sit-down forklifts.
- Ability to work across multiple divisions and departments.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to climb, balance, stoop, crouch, kneel, reach, push, pull, and grasp.
- Ability to work at elevated heights using lift equipment.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks involving a computer, keyboard, mouse, and telephone.
- Ability to effectively see, hear, and communicate with team members, customers, and business partners.
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
