Why Join Ballard Marine Construction?

Ballard Marine Construction is a specialty marine and underwater contractor headquartered in Washougal, WA, with complex projects across North America. The work we do is demanding, high-risk, and highly technical which makes contracts and compliance critical to our success. We’re selective about who we bring onto the team because our culture depends on it. Accountability, ownership, and integrity aren’t optional. You’ll work alongside professionals who respect your expertise, rely on your guidance, and expect you to help set the standard.

Who

are we?
  • Ballard is fast‑paced, competitive, and built for people who take pride in doing things right. “Good enough” isn’t good enough; we win by executing at a high level, staying sharp, and delivering results.
  • This is a place for people with grit — the kind who don’t fold under pressure, don’t get rattled by challenges, and don’t wait for someone else to solve the problem. We take ownership, learn fast, and push forward.
  • You’ll work alongside teammates who are driven, trustworthy, and committed to the mission and values. People here work hard, hold each other accountable, and celebrate wins together — because we earn them together.
  • Ballard is not a place to coast. It’s a place to contribute.
