Excavation Superintendent; Heavy Civil​/Public Works

We are seeking a strategic, systems-driven Superintendent to lead complex field operations on heavy civil and public works projects. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings structure to the field, and consistently delivers high-quality execution through strong people and process management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and supervise all onsite activities for assigned projects
• Develop and execute daily and weekly work plans aligned with project schedules and goals
• Enforce safety, quality, and schedule compliance across all jobsite operations
• Collaborate closely with project managers, foremen, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution
• Drive crew accountability, productivity, and morale
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively to maintain progress and quality
• Heavy civil and public works construction
• Excavation, utilities, and infrastructure-focused projects
• Regional projects with consistent workload

• HCSS Heavy Job (Field Reporting)
• Viewpoint Vista (Cost Tracking & Documentation)
• Salary Range: $120,000 – $150,000 per year (based on experience)
• 401(k) with company match

• Monday to Friday schedule
• Relocation required prior to start date
