Residential Housekeeper - Hyas Point

Are you someone who takes pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces? We're seeking a Residential Cleaner to join the opening team at Hyas Point, our stunning new 276-unit luxury waterfront apartment community located directly on the Columbia River in Washougal, Washington.

This is a unique opportunity to help launch a brand-new Class A community from the ground up. As a Residential Cleaner, you'll play an important role in maintaining the beauty, cleanliness, and overall resident experience throughout the property, ensuring our common areas and apartment homes consistently reflect the high standards of our luxury community.

7:00 AM - 3:30 PMPay: $21.50 - $22.00 per hour Position Type:
Full-Time Main Responsibilities Clean and maintain common areas including lobbies, hallways, offices, restrooms, clubhouse, fitness center, mailroom, and other shared spaces

Perform deep cleaning and move-in preparation for vacant apartment homes

Vacuum, mop, dust, disinfect surfaces, empty trash and recycling, and clean windows as needed

Spot-clean high-touch areas and assist with minor tasks such as replacing light bulbs

Safely operate and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies

Follow all safety procedures when handling cleaning products and chemicals

Help maintain a clean, attractive, and litter-free property

Communicate professionally and courteously with residents, vendors, and team members

Complete cleaning assignments independently and as part of a team while following established standards and checklists

Qualifications

Previous cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial, or apartment community experience preferred but not required

Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the workday

Comfortable using cleaning products, tools, and equipment

Ability to follow written instructions, safety guidelines, and cleaning procedures

Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail

Positive attitude with a customer service mindset and team-oriented approach

Language Requirement All team members must have the basic ability to use computer/smart phone applications for training and company system purposes. Employees must also be able to comprehend written documents such as work orders, safety rules, instructions, policies, and procedures. Also required is the ability of employees to speak and communicate effectively with clients, coworkers and management.
