Piller Aimmco, a leading plastic injection molding facility in Washougal, WA is hiring Machine Operators to join our growing team! No experience is required - we'll train you and help you build a rewarding career in the plastics industry!
As a Machine Operator, you'll work in a fast-paced production environment, operating injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts for a variety of industries. This is an entry-level role with opportunities for advancement!
Shifts Available- Day Shift: 7:30am – 7:45pm
- Night Shift: 7:30pm - 7:45am
- 12-hour rotating schedules - Every other weekend is a 3 day weekend!
- Includes scheduled weekends and overtime opportunities.
- This role requires consistent, reliable attendance due to our team-based production environment.
- Starting Hourly Wage:
Day Shift $18.15 / Night Shift $19:03 - 401(k) with Company match

What You'll Do- Operate injection molding machines safely and efficiently
- Inspect and package plastic parts
- Perform basic measurements and quality checks
Follow standard operating procedures - Document production output and quality checks
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining regular attendance
- Able to stand and walk for up to 12 hours and lift up to 30 pounds
- Available to work a 12-hour rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays as scheduled
- Basic reading, math and measurement skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and develop new skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required—we provide training
