Hire Now Staffing is actively recruiting multiple seasoned, highly skilled Semi-Local Truck Drivers to join one of our valued client partners. Hire Now Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this Semi-Local Truck Driver opportunity.

We are seeking reliable, safety-focused drivers who take pride in consistency, professionalism, and maintaining strong delivery performance across regional routes. This role requires discipline, strong time management, and a commitment to safe driving practices.

Candidates with jumpy or unstable work history will not be accepted or interviewed.

• Operate commercial vehicles across regional routes within Washington and Oregon
• Execute timely pickups and deliveries while maintaining safety and compliance standards
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment safety
• Maintain accurate logs and required documentation
• Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding schedules, delays, or route updates
• Ensure cargo is transported securely and delivered in proper condition
• Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety policies
• Manage overnight routes as required, including hotel stays when applicable

• Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License)
• Proven experience in regional or semi-local driving routes
• Strong safety record and knowledge of DOT regulations
• Ability to work early morning start times (3:00 AM – 6:00 AM)
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts and occasional 6th day if needed
• Ability to be out 1–2 nights per week based on delivery routes
• Stable employment history with consistent driving experience
• Authorized to work in the United States

• Experience driving in Washington and Oregon regional routes
• Strong time management and route planning skills
• Clean driving record with minimal violations
• Experience with electronic logging devices (ELDs)
• Professional communication and customer interaction skills

• Jumpy or inconsistent work history
• Poor driving record or safety violations
• No CDL or lack of regional driving experience
• Inability to work early shifts or extended hours
• Unwillingness to travel overnight as required
• Failure to meet DOT compliance standards

Hire Now Staffing is recruiting candidates who meet the following profile:

Valid CDL with strong driving record Experience in semi-local or regional routes Comfortable with early morning starts and 12-hour shifts Willing to stay overnight 1–2 nights per week Safety-first mindset with DOT compliance knowledge Reliable, punctual, and accountable Strong communication with dispatch and team Stable work history with consistent driving roles

Drivers with multi-state regional experience (WA/OR) Professionals with clean safety and inspection records Drivers experienced in time-sensitive deliveries Candidates with long-term tenure in prior driving roles

• Base Salary: $85,000 annually
• Work Location: Onsite in Washougal (routes in WA & OR)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday (occasional 6th day optional)
• Start time between 3:00 AM – 6:00 AM
• 12-hour workdays
• 1–2 overnight routes per week (hotel provided + $75 per layover)
