Long-Term Non-Perm Criminal Justice Technician 1 – Goose Creek Correctional Center

The Department of Corrections, Division of Institutions, is recruiting for Long-Term Non-Perm Criminal Justice Technician 1 positions at Goose Creek Correctional Center (GCCC) in Mackenzie Point, Alaska.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Providing paraprofessional and technical administrative support.
  • Inputting, updating, and maintaining a variety of offender, victim, and sentencing information.
  • Assisting in research and the compilation of information and data.
  • Preparing reports as requested.

The Working Environment You Can Expect:

Goose Creek Correctional Center is a minimum/medium custody facility that houses up to 1500 inmates and employs over 350 staff. You will be working in an institutional setting with inmates daily.
