Project Manager – Design-Build Commercial Projects; Fuel Systems​/Industrial​/Commercial

Join a well‑established Alaskan contractor where you’ll run meaningful projects tied to critical infrastructure and commercial development across the state.

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year.

We’re a privately held, Alaska‑based general contractor with design‑build capabilities, supporting a mix of commercial construction, fuel system installations, and environmental/compliance‑driven work.

• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, including budget, schedule, and client communication.
• Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors across civil, structural, mechanical, and specialty scopes.
• Oversee procurement, submittals, RFIs, and contract administration.
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and vendors.
• Track costs, forecast budgets, and ensure projects stay aligned with financial goals.
• Work closely with field teams to ensure quality, safety, and schedule performance.
• Navigate projects that include underground systems, infrastructure work, and regulatory requirements.

• 5+ years of experience in project management with a general contractor.
• Background in commercial, industrial, or infrastructure‑related construction.
• Experience with design‑build or technically complex scopes is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and keep projects moving in remote or logistically challenging environments.
• Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, and contract management.
• Comfortable working on projects that may include fuel systems, utilities, or regulated environments.
