About the Role:This is a full-time role as a Superintendent located in the Northeast Florida area. You will provide hands‑on field leadership, managing and directing craftsmen, subcontractors, and other construction personnel throughout the planning, coordination, and execution of each project. You are responsible for ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget, while upholding the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
This role also plays a key part in building strong internal and external relationships and leading by example in alignment with our core values.
- Lead, coordinate, and manage all craftsmen, subcontractors, and construction personnel to ensure efficient project execution
- Provide hands‑on, day‑to‑day field supervision to maintain quality control for both company‑performed and subcontracted work
- Review and verify dimensions, drawings, and plans, coordinating with shop drawings to ensure accuracy and conformance
- Proactively identify potential issues, develop solutions, and drive resolution to keep projects on track
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site, including buildings, trailers, and surrounding areas
- Oversee project safety, enforce safety standards, and manage accident prevention and response
- Coordinate with inspectors, schedule required inspections, and maintain strong working relationships
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with team members, partners, and stakeholders
- Build and maintain positive internal and external relationships that support successful project delivery
- Lead teams effectively in fast‑paced environments, balancing multiple priorities and working well under pressure
- Foster a team‑first mindset, leading with accountability, self‑awareness, and a “we over me” approach
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret construction drawings, sketches, and plans
- Extensive experience as a commercial construction Superintendent
- Experience working in Microsoft Project, Procore, and Bluebeam
- Proven ability to lead and manage crews, subcontractors, and multiple trades on active job sites
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, scheduling, and quality control
- Ability to read, interpret, and coordinate construction drawings, specifications, and shop drawings
- Demonstrated commitment to job site safety and experience managing safety standards and protocols
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
